N Korea threatens to cancel meeting

This does not surprise me.

NK has their nukes and means of delivery, their test site is no longer usable or needed, and Kim is negotiating with an incompetent, ignorant, flattery powered narcissistic nincompoop.
Advantage, Kim/NK.
Now it starts.

Indeed. Kim realizes that Trump is dying for a deal, any deal. They're trying to make him even more desperate.

If Kim doesn't do the deal we'll just have to nuke him.

"If the Trump administration "corners us and unilaterally demands we give up nuclear weapons we will no longer have an interest in talks and will have to reconsider whether we will accept the upcoming DPRK-US summit", first vice foreign minister Kim Kye Gwan said in a statement carried by the official KCNA news agency." https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world...cid=spartandhp

Looks like Lil' Kim has gotten what he wanted. Trump is so desperate for a win, (Nobel) he's willing to raise up a pariah rogue state from the bush leagues. The US has summits with China or the Russkies, not some pipsqueak mouse that roared. Trump gets played again.

Poor Donny! Kim outsmarting him, his personal “fixer” and his campaign manager are in deep doo-doo, the stock markets have gone nowhere all year (after Obama’s impressive gains kept going for a year until this idiot’s policies finally started kicking in). Mueller is still digging. The courts rule against him, the media outs his lies daily, his staff leaks like a sieve... He might even have to come clean about Stormy. So much “winning”.

Reminiscent of Obama/Kerry desperation for a deal with Iran, that no one ultimately signed off on, the Senate wouldn't ratify and the American people were against.

However, unlike the Obama/Kerry, Trump has publicly said that if the talks go nowhere - and when dealing with Kim reaching any sort of productive agreement, much less a productive conversation is anything but certain - it's no big deal.

This whole thing could amount to absolutely nothing, or it could be Trump's "Nixon goes to China" moment.

Unemployment is at its lowest levels in 15 years, business investment is way up which is a leading indicator or economic growth, and the US economy's fundamentals are strong.

I'll leave the rest of the political theater for you guys to lap up like thirsty little puppies.

Speaking of Stormy, I'm sure in the back of your otherwise vacant mind there's a little voice with bit of worry in it that tells you that all the Dems have to run on in the midterm elections are Russia and the irrelevant ramblings of a porn star.
