I wouldn't hold my breath. The Tea Partiers would sacarafice a cow in some little known Christian ritual to stop Socialism from infecting God's chosen nation. Pat Robertson would be the presiding clergy.

Or have a cow.

I just wish the tea partiers would go off somewhere and perform an impossible sex act.

I'm more pissed at self-rightous liberals right now than conservatives. Trust me, I'm keenly aware of the Democratic Party's inability to organize and act in their own self interest. But I do still have to value the diversity of thought that my party allows.

Tell them to make like an earthworm and go F*** themselves. BTW, the earthworm made the top ten in a recent science book that ranked the top 100 species according to their effect on the development of this planet. This paragraph is now protected by its redeeming social value, and is thus not obscene.

Regards,

D-Ray

That is better than the other one where thought is forbidden.

I think the polls if anything will serve to scare the Left into action so it could go either way no matter what the Polls say. I think the big story here is that its tight in the first place. Its all going to hinge on the middle and if they will actually vote, we know both sides will go to vote but I am not so sure about the middle.
There is also the issue of what happens if Brown does win, if its close there will be delays of 10 days for absent ballot counts if not a total recount. If its a large margain win it will be curious to see how quick they will seat him.
The final 72 hour push is about to begin so hang on to your hats.

Indeed. And that's why I value it. But decision making by dogma is, unfortunately, more efficent. The guys who stop to think it over will always be second. They may be right, but they'll be second. We live in a world, or at least a country, that gives a lot of credit to the guys who are first.

It was fascinating and enlightening to watch them brand Kerry as a "flip flopper". His weakness was that he would think about important issues. We sure don't want that. And presented with better information he might even (gasp!) change his mind! Certainly didn't have to worry about Bush doing that! He never made any mistakes. Said so himself.
