Well Pootie is seeing his chickens come home. Britain has said it will not attend the G-8 Summit in Sochi. I wonder who will be next.

Putin is desperate to hang on to Balaclava, home of the Black Sea Fleet and Russia's only warm water port. Now that they've 'upgraded' Sochi in Krasnodar, he should move his fleet over there.

Yeh, I think there are about 20 American nukes left in Germany, but they're designed to be delivered by Luftwaffe Tornado fighter-bombers.

He would indeed be willing to trade it for Crimea in a heartbeat. If we can somehow put the screws big time with Gazprom and Russian banks, we may get his attention. Otherwise, not.

Crimea is leased.

I believed the events in Ukraine have saved Russia from doing a stupid thing...
handing over Russians assets to a sink hole. The lady that was in charge and is now returning, is as corrupt as the man who was overthrown.

Putin should leave Ukraine to the IMF, EU and the Oligarchs.

He should also mend fences with Merkel.

Miss Merkel is willing to look East.
