I would have felt better if she had told Trump to stuff it. As it is, I find it troubling that criticism of Herr trump is verboten. The apologies come too quick.

It occurs to me that republicans seem to view black, Mexican, LGBT, Muslims and poor people in the same light as Nazi Germans once viewed Jewish people. We must be vigilant that it goes no further.

Apparently the lady got carried away with the politics of the day and forgot the implications of her seat.

She is now into possible recuse status.

Probably not any more than Thomas or the late Scalia, whose political bias was quite apparent.

True, tho that says more about the folks who think he is a qualified candidate than it says about her. Mebbe she should have passed on the question, but I don't know if she could as he is such a deserving target for the scorn he has earned.
