Once again a regulation that will do absolutely nothing but make life more difficult for both the consumer and business. What ought not be regulated by the state given the tenuous and asinine basis that legislators use to justify such legislation. The idiotic Jack Frank ought introduce a law requiring ID for the purchase of gasoline under the same logic.
