Oh there's no problem with taking narcotics as long as you get them from the doctor.
Illegal drugs are evil and will ruin your life, but prescription drugs are wonderful and enhance your life.

I'm sure they wouldn't be selling nearly as many sleeping pills or restless leg syndrome pills or anti-depressants or ADD drugs or anxiety drugs (etc, etc) if marijuana were legal.

99% of the worlds hydrocodone is consumed by the USA. We sure do have a lot of pain don't we. It makes me wonder how these doctors don't lose their licenses to practice. I guess one would have to follow the money trail to arrive at the answer.
