So Rudy wants to ride the bus rather than being thrown under the bus. The only good decision he has made in a long time.

And a link to this Salon article from your link...
“This won’t go well for Trump”: Experts say Giuliani “trying to avoid indictment” by cutting a deal
Comments by Norm Eisen, former legal adviser to George W. Bush, and former FBI AD Frank Figliuzzi believe even some moderate cooperation by Giuliani is bad news for Trump. Early on in the Trump presidency, presidential "legal czars" Eisen and Obama advisor Richard Painter, provided information on Trump's violations of presidential ethics violations by Trump. Eisen knows this stuff.

And the grift continues. His PAC's name "Save America" should be changed to "Save Trump".
As Legal Fees Mount, Trump Steers Donations Into PAC That Has Covered Them
Quote:
Facing multiple intensifying investigations, former President Donald J. Trump has quietly begun diverting more of the money he is raising away from his 2024 presidential campaign and into a political action committee that he has used to pay his personal legal fees.
The change, which went unannounced except in the fine print of his online disclosures, raises fresh questions about how Mr. Trump is paying for his mounting legal bills — which could run into millions of dollars — as he prepares for at least two criminal trials, and whether his PAC, Save America, is facing a financial crunch.
When Mr. Trump kicked off his 2024 campaign in November, for every dollar raised online, 99 cents went to his campaign, and a penny went to Save America.
But internet archival records show that sometime in February or March, he adjusted that split. Now his campaign’s share has been reduced to 90 percent of donations, and 10 percent goes to Save America.
The effect of that change is potentially substantial: Based on fund-raising figures announced by his campaign, the fine-print maneuver may already have diverted at least $1.5 million to Save America.

If only the MAGAts would wake up and realize that they are being played for suckers.

Not a chance, as long as they believe there's something in it for them, be it financial advantage, or racial/ethnic/religious superiority. As long as they think these are possibilities, they don't give a shit in their MAGA hats for what Trump does with the money.

Lynn Wood who filed legal challenging alleging that trump won the election in 2020 is surrendering his law license to practice in GA rather than face disbarment. Rudy's disbarment is till pending I believe. Seventeen of his attorney have been sanctioned. Who is next to fold?
Quote:
COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Attorney Lin Wood, who filed legal challenges seeking to overturn Donald Trump’s 2020 election loss, is relinquishing his law license, electing to retire from practicing rather than face possible disbarment. Multiple states have weighed disciplining him for pushing Trump’s false claims that he defeated Joe Biden.
On Tuesday, Wood asked officials in his home state of Georgia to “retire” his law license in light of “disciplinary proceedings pending against me.” In the request, made in a letter and posted on his Telegram account, Wood acknowledges that he is “prohibited from practicing law in this State and in any other state or jurisdiction and that I may not reapply for admission.”

Prosecutors in Trump classified documents case are facing threats
Perhaps a good reason to request a change of venue.
Quote:
Far-right Trump supporters are posting the names of prosecutors and government workers online and yelling them at demonstrations, threatening them and sometimes revealing details about their personal lives, the experts said.
