77 years old and for a while have ignored my doctor's advice on diabetes 11 with very good results.

It seems some doctors are afraid to give dietary solutions to diabetes 11 lest they be sued. On the other hand, it is alleged that some are in cahoots with Big Pharma.

Diabetes is a big industry.

Hope so too. I'm finally feeling not so bad after a hellish several months. Knee replacement last October, Covid-19 in February and a TIA stroke on my birthday in March. Add to that the blood infusion they gave me for Covid had my immune system in utter turmoil until mid-May. All kinds of miserable for a month and a half AFTER I tested negative. Finally getting past it, though.
