The Jordan-Comer Follies
These incompetent, lying assclowns deserve their own thread:
Just today,
- Comer has been threatening to hold FBI Director Wray in contempt for not releasing the bogus documents from Rudy's Burisma charade that helped to get Trump impeached. Wray agreed to let them see the documents in chambers. Fox News reports: Source familiar with the FBI document reviewed by Oversight Cmte mbrs today tells Fox the following: “To be clear, the document does not say Joe Biden received any payments.”
- An FBI agent who House Republicans said was a whistleblower has been suspended by the bureau because internal investigators concluded that he leaked classified information to Project Veritas and lied to the Committee about it (and Gym Jordan knew about it all along).
After the Durham debacle, I'm starting to think GOP-led investigations are bogus, dishonest affairs.

I have fond memories of Hillary Clinton beating these punks up during their Benghazi hearings for 11 hours straight. Trey Gowdy quit politics altogether after that debacle. I hear he's now sniveling over at Pox News.

So, Republicans want trump to evade charges despite all of the evidence against him, but want Biden to face charges despite the lack of evidence against him.

Whether this country will survive as a democratic republic is on the line in this culture war. And it's all on the people, pretty much half of whom are self-absorbed, self-indulgent, self-destructive assholes.

Republicans on the House select subcommittee chaired by Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) announced Wednesday that their next hearing, scheduled for July 20, will feature testimony from Robert F. Kennedy Jr., anti-vaccine activist and long-shot challenger for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2024.
It seems clear based on previous hearings that the subcommittee, ostensibly predicated on the “weaponization” of the federal government, will use Kennedy’s testimony to suggest an unacceptable relationship between federal actors and social media companies. But the inclusion of Kennedy more immediately serves a different purpose: giving oxygen to someone the political right sees as a useful mechanism for inflicting political damage on President Biden.

Just when you thought these delusional clowns couldn't go any lower.

House Oversight GOP claims they don’t need to find direct payments to Joe Biden to prove corruption in Hunter Biden business dealings.

Evidence? We don't need no stinkin' evidence.
