The Republican Party wants to put a stop to this. Why? Because they don't want to be asked to do anything for anyone else unless it involves offending, shooting or bombing someone.........Praise Jesus.

Not sure how it is in other areas, but where I live a mother can surrender a child with no charges to a fire station, police station or hospital within twenty four hours of giving birth.

Still messes up someone's life.... But that child doesn't have to endure time in a dumpster.
