Besides I think you are crossing an invisible line here that should be visible to you if you are an experienced business owner (as you have claimed). I too am a long time business owner and the way I get things done is to tell my people that they are better at everything than me, but that I am better at signing checks (absorbing the financial responsibility). Thank you Bob, you and Patty are always welcome, though the place is set up strictly for R&R.
We had tons of snow this past weekend and a friend visiting from Colorado took some great pictures. I will DB some pictures and post them here soon.

On the topic of my business, employees are treated as team members without a distinct hierarchy. Anyone can approach me and speak their heart out, I hold it in strict confidence. Our vendors are considered as our resources and not jerked around. The formula works.
