I don't know, as I'm not a member. I've heard some wild allegations, but none of the crazy stuff has been proven. But if you wanna believe it, go for it. Also, if you'd rather focus on that stuff rather than the positive things that the members of the group do, go for it.

And, if you're really into the whole mortification of the flesh thing, there are probably some ladies of the evening in your neck of the woods who would be accommodating. However, for libs, when it happens in that context, it considered completely normal.
