They were just starting discovery and then were going to trial. She did this so she could say tell the rubes that running for the Senate was more important than fighting these silly charges in court. IOW, she didn't want all of the evidence coming out about her scheme. I read that the grand jury in AZ is fixing to bring charges for their fake elector scheme.
