The Republican House is now self imploding because the fredumb caucus is pissed off at McCarthy for being rolled by President Biden in their debt ceiling agreement.

Their response? Effectively shutting down the house from taking up any legislation because it seems they need unanimous approval from Republicans on the rule votes. Since all the Dems vote no on the rules, the Freedumbers joined them in voting no and now they all get a tax payer supported vacation.

And now they will go home to lick their wounds. Hope they come back even more pissed of and start the motion to kick McCarty out of the speakership. Of course, they have no one in their ranks that can get the votes, but that probably will not stop them. Its all about acting tough.

Don't bet on it either. Looks like every politician has lined up behind Trump, I even read a comment from a Repub that this indictment ensures that Trump will be their 2024 nominee. This could be good news (weakened candidate) and bad news (Repub dirty tricks to fix the election). Also read elsewhere that this will ensure that Trump will win every red state.
