MSNBC's Rachel Maddow Hits No. 1 With Long, Complicated Segments Viewers Love

A great show, the antithesis of the idiotic ranters of Faux "News". A show for those capable of rational thought, unlike Trumpkins, who want slogans. She breaks down the Russian scandals in detail. I don't have cable, so listen to the podcasts via Alexa.

Well, I certainly don’t watch the racist. Are you talking about this fact-free diatribe? Seriously!?

Seriously, but without the filter.

Carson: the only person in MSM who consistently deals with serious issues; such as...the Hollowing of America, Warmongering.

Mostly whining, it appears. Even conservatives' most enduring journal is sick of his whining.

Money quote in above supplied by David French: “Carlson is advancing a form of victim-politics populism that takes a series of tectonic cultural changes—civil rights, women’s rights, a technological revolution as significant as the industrial revolution, the mass-scale loss of religious faith, the sexual revolution, etc.—and turns the negative or challenging aspects of those changes into an angry tale of what they are doing to you.”

You mean negative like the convergence of rural America and Detroit.

Carson does not get some of it right, but I am in agreement with him...that Dems and Repubs despite their different pronouncements are essentially the same.

Exactly. Listen closely, you will hear it all the time. Anything that runs afoul of traditional Anglo-Saxon heterosexual male dominated, Christian faith-based dogma is an attack on the nation as a whole. Unisex bathrooms? Part of the "Gay Agenda" to pervert our children and "destroy American values". Really? They get all of that out of a bathroom that has no urinals or "Men"/"Women" signage? Liberals have insisted that religion be kept in the home and church but out of public schools. To us this is a measure to ensure that the government will not establish a state religion, to them it is somehow a visceral threat of the opposite...…. How, I don't know but it is.
