I tend not to believe in big conspiracies, and this seems pretty big. I tend to go with the narrowest possible interpretation of actual facts.

I can't remember the details, but they sure seemed pretty overwhelming at the time. I had absolutely no knowledge, nor preconceptions about his shooting, but lots of stuff exhibited there that left me very uncomfortable.

Though Memphis is mostly a pretty dumpy city, it's well worth a visit for a music fan. Sun & Stax Studios and Graceland are all interesting and it's not far down to Clarksdale in the Delta. My wife and I did a "Blues Pilgrimage" there last year.
