Apparently the FBI did not believe it at first until the evidence piled up. The ex-pat Iranian used car salesman they picked was such a doofus.

I'm still not buying it was the real deal.. some things just don't add up too well. The guy they have just doesn't seem like the kind the Iran Government would want to work with for something so serious.

Huh.. interesting read.. Love the Mr. Bean comment..

Still though, sure seems hard to be able to say he was pushed by Iran to do this. Could have just been doing it on his own with a fraction, not the actual goverrnment....
