The linked article is about Trump's lawyer obstructing justice, not Trump, because there is no pardon. If Trump were to pardon a convicted Manafort legal experts disagree regarding the obstruction claim.
That being said, it was a good article.

Giuliani is obstructing justice by speaking about pardons for Cohen and Manafort, or is it Trump speaking through Gui?

President’s Lawyers Move To Discredit Michael Cohen By Pointing Out History Of Committing Crimes For Trump
Quote:
WASHINGTON—Claiming that such an obviously corrupt and dishonest individual could not be trusted to provide accurate testimony, the president’s lawyers reportedly moved to discredit Michael Cohen Thursday by pointing out his long history of committing crimes for Donald Trump. “We’re talking about a man who has threatened and slandered multiple women that Trump slept with, so how are we supposed to believe anything he says?” said attorney Rudy Giuliani, telling reporters that Cohen’s decades-long track record of wire fraud, tax evasion, and brokering shady real estate deals at the behest of the Trump Organization suggested he would likely tell investigators anything they wanted to hear in order to save his skin. “This isn’t just someone who made a few mistakes—whether it was laundering Ukrainian money through Trump properties in the early ’90s or violating campaign finance laws to benefit Trump during the 2016 election, Cohen has proven time and again that he is an inveterate liar and scofflaw. And these are only the crimes we know that he carried out for Trump. In the weeks ahead, we expect many more illegal practices to surface, which will only confirm Michael Cohen’s complete lack of morality.” Giuliani added that Cohen’s felonious conduct was evident from his known association with high-profile criminals including Michael Flynn, Paul Manafort, Rick Gates, George Papadopoulos, Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump, and Donald Trump Jr.

The referenced article is about John Dowd allegedly dangling pardons and points out that Trump doesn't become a player until he pardons someone.
Regarding your question, have any supporting documentation?

Nothing to do with the article. I was just wondering since Gui has claimed that Trump cannot possibly obstruct justice, if what he has been doing such as openly commenting about pardons cannot also be considered obstruction of justice. Operative word is wondering.

George Will says Trump doesn’t inspire ‘cult’ in GOP: ‘This is fear’
Seems like the few remaining educated, thoughtful conservative voices are the most eloquent anti-Trumpers. The antidote to the Whellian idiots.

The John Dowd article gives the impression that dangling the pardon offer to specific individual's is obstruction by the dangler. Has Giuliani done this?
If you had read the article you would have the answer to what you're wondering. So the article was applicable.

I am sure I read it in its entirety, even thanked Chicks.
Perhaps Google translate is to blame.

5 ways Trump weakened America this surreal week
Remember when we all just understood that Soviet propaganda was just all made up BS? No one with a brain believed a word of it. Nothing could be worse, right? Donny is worse.
