I hate cops.

This story is very close to home for me.
I lived in Palm Beach Gardens (PBG), from Chicago I was recruited and joined a company in West Palm Beach and then started a business in Jupiter.
That said, the best thing we did was move out of Florida.

Broken down car by side or road. Something past 3:00 am, unmarked car pulls up, policeman in civilian clothes gets out.

Goes to show how one's safety is enhanced by a permit and a gun.

I'm not real clear on this...... Did the cop see a weapon in the hands of the victim before shooting or did the victim not pull out the gun?

as far as I can tell that info is not out there

does it need to be?

Obviously the cop is gonna say he had it out and he is the only living witness

But honest.

It would not surprise me at all if this were true.

The drummer does not know it's a cop so he problobly felt threatened and had it or took it out.

How is this, why do we have plain cloth highway patrols?

I'm not sure what the legal implications would be either way. But, it just seems to me that the incident is one more good reason why we need better gun laws.

One of the reasons I have a gun in my car is in case I break down on the side of the road in the middle of the night.
