Just to bring us back to the topic of this thread,

Has anyone considered who is really running the OWS movement ?

And what organizations use tactics such as these ?

Can anyone see communists and socialists tactics here.

What leaders they do have would wish to remain out of sight, so that they can continue organizing their people there and elsewhere.

Sounds like another conspiracy theory.

Well D-Ray,

Every theory, is only a theory, until it is proven.

But if you look back into the 60's, you will see this same behavior occurring as the peaceful anti-draft/ anti-Vietman protests were loosing steam. Then Bill Ayers, leader of the Weatherman Underground moved in creating kayos and destruction, even murder.

Following the money, and where and who they contact, will surprise even you.

Civil unrest, confusion and the dividing the authorities to the end of their limits are methods of unconventional ware fare.

Those that refuse to learn from history, are damned to repeat it.

No murder. Ayers has admitted to the organization being bent on the destruction of government property. He was never convicted of a felony.

After his radical youth, Ayers found a productive path for his energy, and developed into a leader in education, leading a Chicago project that brought a $49 Million grant to Chicago schools. He is still a favorite whipping boy for the right wing. It seems like the right is more than ready, however, to embrace a convicted felon like Chuck Colson.

The problem with the OWL movement has been its lack of leadership rather than being dominated by subversive leadership. Perhaps stronger leadership would be able to take control of the crap that some of the folks are pulling in Oakland. Most of the people who I have seen as having been involved in efforts to organize OWS protests have been quite insistent on non-violence.

Regards,

D-Ray

This Ayers?

"I've thought about this a lot. Being almost 60, it's impossible to not have lots and lots of regrets about lots and lots of things, but the question of did we do something that was horrendous, awful? ... I don't think so. I think what we did was to respond to a situation that was unconscionable."

I wouldn't let this guy within 20 feet of my kids.

So that photo strikes a chord of strong opposition. Hence the motivation to attempt to align someone who is a hot button for conservatives with a movement he has nothing to do with is to throw a big fat stinking red herring in the middle of the room.

Bill Ayers = bad.

Bill Ayers + OWS = bad.

But OWS - Bill Ayers = irrelevant comparison = red herring.

D-Ray
