In a way, it has parallels to the Theranos story.

I wonder if Apple is going to continue offering this dreck at their App Store after this?

Google just starting carrying it last week, but only after TS agreed to implement a moderation policy.

It seems strange to me that anybody would do business with a known cheat and grifter like t'Rumpolini. Googly should ask for their cut upfront and in cash.

What this may mean for Trump is there goes his $1Billion payday. The SPAC was to pay Trump $1Billion from the money raised in the public offering, basically duping the public into buying stocks into a worthless company after DJT gets his $1B. Look at the greed, even after that he wanted more stocks in the company for his family members.

Truth Social may be forced to liquidate next week. Its share price is now down to $14 from a high of $175 and they have until Sep. 8 to complete the merger with the SPAC that planned to take them over. Anyone stupid enough to invest in a Trump venture deserves the shellacking that nearly all of them ultimately receive. I hope Whell didn't put his whole nest egg in it.

Trump reminds me of the song, King Midas in Reverse.
Everything he touches turns to dust....

If he's really a billionaire, why is he sniveling about his reported $70 million in legal fees, and begging for more donations to his super pac? The number thrown around these days is $3 bn. I doubt it...he doesn't even own that much property anymore. Most of the buildings we see with his name on them...the name is only there because the actual owners pay him a fee to have his name there.
In the NY civil fraud case, it appears that there were wild swings of net worth in the financial statements Trump provided to banks and insurance companies from year to year. Between $900 million, and $2.2 billion in differences depending on who he was attempting to shaft.

Gotta love who's in charge of his marketing. First it was the MAGA hats. Then the MAGA hats with #45 on the sides. Then came the MAGA hats with 45-47 on them.
