Scroll down and read the part about the GI Bill.

Seems like they don't want just anybody going to their school. Once again the GI Bill would be automatic for any Vet that was admitted to the school if the university participated. They want to control HOW a Vet pays for it, which means they want to control what type of Vet gets in.

The flip side that is positive is that a vet who went on full ride Freedom Scholarship could then use his or her GI Bill for graduate school, law school or medical school.

I just wonder many Full Rides they give to vets.

They want to control how much influence the Feds have over the institution.

That excuse has been used nefariously for other things.
