They already do, Chicklet. New York, New Jersey and Maryland are among the top trash exporting states. Michigan, Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin are among the top importers.

So, New York doesn't like their air and wants to blame us for it? Fine, then they can keep their trash and find somewhere else to dump it, at a much greater expense given land prices in NY and most east coast states.
