Roxy Music Avalon (I have the Target this is the remaster) Undercover (Columbia CDs supposedly flat transfers from the masters) Rolling Stones It's The Searchers Searchers (French import...hopefully rare) Powderfinger OddsseyNumberFIve This Is The Moody Blues Fatboy and some JBL studio monitors for 10 bucks at the military thrift...nothing special the 4406 series

I used to have a pair of Infinity RS 325 that I let get away when I really didn't want to sell them. They weren't fancy in any way, but I really liked their sound. I paid $35 for them. Occasionally, I will look on Ebay to see if any are floating around. So I see a pair that a guy has on Buy it now or best offer, starting at $450, plus $100 shipping (for small bookshelf speakers). That puts them at at least five times their value. So I offered two bucks. Think he'll take it?

My guide to speaker pricing is a pair on the street is about 25% of what Ebay sellers want.
I see to give any Infinitys I find back to the thrift. I passed on some Kappa 6.1s just because I did not have the $100 a few months back. My best speaker score would be the KEFs I found for $29...I guess. I am surprised by the JBL 4406 also.
