Of course. But you refuse to see the difference.

Yeah, but she left out a court case that had chew up taxpayer money and to go all the way to SCOTUS just to tell us what we already knew.

According to you.

Disingenuous claptrap (nothing new for you, BTW). There was a Colorado law prohibiting the baker from doing what he did; hence the SCOTUS case. There is no law prohibiting the VA restaurant owner from doing what she did (habitual liars are not a protected class under Virginia or Federal law). Accordingly, SHS had no issue/standing to bring a court case.

OMG. You are one hate-fueled dude. The issue of the refusal to decorate the cake for a gay wedding at the bake shop in CO occurred in 2012, before Trump was even president.

And they certainly could have bought a cake from that baker. The baker just declined to decorate for a gay wedding. Also, even the pretty centrist justice Kennedy found, in that case, that the CO Civil Rights commission exhibited religious bias.

Fast forward to last week, and Sanders' ouster from the restaurant. Besides being petty, the restaurant owner was being far more hostile to First Amendment rights than the baker in CO ever was.

Not at the time the issue occurred at the bakery in CO. That issue occurred in 2012, and the CO law passed in 2013. In fact, that was one of the defenses asserted in the baker's attorneys.

So it's now hateful to criticize someone who lies incessantly (while on the public payroll) in support of numerous illegal, immoral and unethical activities by the administration? Why am I not surprised that you defend someone lying constantly in favor of the Lying Dotard vile actions (something you do routinely)?

BTW, such discrimination was outlawed in 2008 in Colorado, not 2013.

What the restaurant owner did has nothing to do with the First.

I knew the bakery incident happened before der Trumpenfuhrer, but not that far back. Tying it to this restaurant incident is a stretch Plastic Man couldn't make.

No, but its hateful to conflate someone's religious beliefs with "homophobia" as you did in your post above.

Sure it did. The restaurant owner asserted his 1st Amendment rights in denying to decorate the cake, and the gay couple asserted that this refusal impacted their 1st amendment rights of free speech and free exercise of religion.
