Personal experience at the last place I worked, soon as the kids were old enough to put in day care the ear, nose and throat specialists smiled with delight. The older employees were rarely out with illness, for example all I get from Medicare is an annual flu shot. And if you want to see death panels guess who is on the bottom of the totem pole for H1N1 shots.

I would have never guessed that, but it would make sense that alll those kids being together would pass stuff around. I had a service call to a daycare once for no air conditioning. It turned out the filter was totally plugged, as was the A-Coil. Kids put out lots of crud I guess.

You're correct on the totem pole. First one's on the list are the politicians, followed by the medical profession, then the military and police. Folks such as ourselves are at the very bottom.
Guess the politicians figure that they need the medical profession to keep them alive, and the M&P to ensure that the "Tea Parties" don't turn into "Necktie Parties".
Pretty sure my wife is going to be forced to get a H1N1 shot, whether she wants it or not.

...but there's nothing wrong with our health care system.

Sounds like they have built a system just like in the Soviet Union.

US Senators & Representatives who voted against a Public Health Option should lose their taxpayer paid health insurance: they can buy it themselves!

Easy enough to fix, keep track of everyone who votes against any reform and if they are in your district turn up at the primaries and vote the bastards out.

Agree. Single payer was never on the table and now the public option is dead. So what are we doing? The only part left is mandating all Americans contribute to the investor, non producing class health care stock owners. You cons should be very proud of yourselves.
I have yet to have one con explain to me why they want the investor class to reap unconscionable profits based on life and death.
The politics of fear galvanizes the gun owner again!
Unbelievable.
