Lunatics are always sincere about the bizarre babble they spout.

He believes it. He believes it because he thought of it. No amount of contradictory information will shake his belief in the brilliance of his big "Eureka!" moment.

Just more proof that Biblical fundamentalism is utter nonsense, and that the judgement of its adherents is suspect.

It's one thing to have a creative idea like 'Joseph built the pyramids for grain storage.' It's another thing to, having had the idea, to like it so much that you stick to it and reject the the tons of information that contradict it. That is gnosticism taken to the level of a personality disorder.

I don't think it's in that DSM book, but it should be....

The pyramids are not hollow for God's sake. There is no place for any amount of grain of consequence.

That guys is Fuc%ed up, period.

Yes indeed.

Man, this guy is all over the news today thanks to his meltdown and getting caught lying and exaggerating about his past.

Years back I was in the old German town of Rottenburg and while excavating for some power lines (I think) they came across some old Roman water pipes but they were wood not lead.
