Well someone should advise him that when in a hole stop digging.

Merry, sounds like this guy Zimmerman doesn't like to listen to anyone. Afterall, had he listened to the dispatcher, he never would have left his vehicle and the shooting never would have happened in the first place.

But he said that looking back he would have done exactly the same thing all over. Thick as a brick.

That was horrible. Him and Jesse Jackson. And the way the goopers in congress used that womans hopeless plight as a political tool was just completely disgusting.

I have it hand written in my will;

Is Florida a state where a person can be convicted of a lesser charge if the jury finds that the standards for the original charge are not deemed present? In other words, if the jury finds Zimmerman not guilty of murder, can they convict him of manslaughter, voluntary or involuntary? OR -- Is Florida a state where if the jury finds him not guilty of murder, he just walks completely?

I just googled Florida lesser included offenses - murder and that produced a table that I read as allowing Manslaughter as a lesser included offense for 2nd Degree Murder. If I'm reading the table correctly, the answer to your question is yes. I'm not an attorney, though.
