Conservative commentator Erick Erickson lashed out at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School student David Hogg Monday, calling the school shooting survivor turned activist "a bully."

On his website The Resurgent, Erickson said Hogg was using his victimhood as a shield in a piece called "David Hogg Is A High School Bully."

"He is using his status as victim to inappropriately and ridiculously attack people while going unchallenged," Erickson wrote Monday. "David Hogg is a bully."

Casey Cagle

@CaseyCagle
I will kill any tax legislation that benefits @Delta unless the company changes its position and fully reinstates its relationship with @NRA. Corporations cannot attack conservatives and expect us not to fight back.

Moronic GA Repubes want to punish Delta Airlines for shutting down an NRA discount that just 13 NRA members used. Unintended consequences, possibly? Amazon writes Atlanta off the list of HQ2 contenders.

Nunes echoes Trump’s authoritarian view on press, says Stephen Colbert’s skit about him is a ‘danger’ to the country

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/...o-the-country/

“Devin Nunes is a REDACTED,” says a memo Colbert circulated on Capitol Hill, asking Democratic and Republican members of Congress to fill in the blank.

“I think this is the danger we have in this country,” Nunes told host Neil Cavuto on Saturday in response. “This is an example of it.”

Except, two things:

1. We live in a free-speech society, and

2. Colbert is a comedian.

Unlike journalists, Colbert has no obligation to report the facts, or even be unbiased. His job is to make people laugh, not be fair to politicians. Through the First Amendment, this country's founders allowed Colbert to make fun of whichever powerful person he wants to without fear of retribution from that person.

Here is Ted Cruz sticking his foot in his mouth again after it was declared that he will be running against Democratic candidate Robert 'Beto' O'Rourke. Apparently Berto is a nickname given to him by his parents from the day he was born. So the idiot Cruz released a radio ad mocking O'Rourke's nickname. But guess what.

How the heck do you get Ted from Rafael Edward Cruz?
Not Rafa and not Ed but Ted.
What a jerk.
