Ugh. She's a real piece of work.
She and mini-Trump were made for each other.

Some vulnerable GOP senators break with Trump on anti-Obamacare lawsuit
These Republicans have been caught between the rising popularity of the health care law and continuing demands from conservative voters to eliminate it.

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/202...wsuit-n1241733

Quote:
Five Republican senators facing tough re-election races voted for a Democratic-led bill Thursday to block the Trump administration from supporting a lawsuit to overturn Obamacare.

The senators include Susan Collins of Maine, Joni Ernst of Iowa, Cory Gardner of Colorado, Martha McSally of Arizona, and Dan Sullivan of Alaska.

Alaska's other senator, Lisa Murkowski, a Republican who doesn’t face voters until 2022, also voted with Democrats on the measure.

The legislation, offered by Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., received 51 votes — short of the 60 needed to advance, due to overwhelming GOP opposition.

GOP donors ‘freaking out’ after coming close to Trump at fundraiser hours before his positive Covid-19 test

https://www.cnbc.com/2020/10/02/gop-...d-19-test.html

Quote:
GOP donors have been reaching out to Trump campaign and GOP officials for any guidance following a fundraiser with the president* hours before his announcement that he has Covid, according to a person briefed on the matter.

About 30 to 50 donors came close to the president Thursday night, this person added.
COVID is becoming the great equalizer. Your money ain't gonna help you if you're an old fatcat.

Mike Lee May Have Infected Senate Judiciary Committee Members With COVID-19

https://www.huffpost.com/entry/mike-...b6d4e948b523fb

Quote:
Lee’s positive COVID-19 test raises serious questions not just about which other senators he may have infected, but what it means for the committee’s plan to begin Amy Coney Barrett’s Supreme Court confirmation hearing in 10 days.

Most members of the committee attended the Thursday hearing. Those in attendance included Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), John Cornyn (R-Texas), Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), Mike Crapo (R-Idaho), Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), Joni Ernst (R-Iowa), Josh Hawley (R-Mo.), Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.), Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.), Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), Mazie Hirono (D-Hawaii), Chris Coons (D-Del.), Cory Booker (D-N.J.) and Lee.

Lee was there for the entire hearing. He spoke for more than 10 minutes straight when it was his turn to talk, at times shouting into the room. He sat feet away from Cruz. He did not have a mask on when talking, and at times did not have it on when not talking.
Crap. So he didn't risk just other Repubes, but a bunch of Dems, as well. Asshat.
