Yale classmate says Kavanaugh has "not told the truth" about his drinking

This liar has no business being a Supreme Court Justice.

There are a few clear eyed Republicans left. Jennifer Rubin, Nicole Wallace are two that come to mind.

Kavanaugh caught in apparent perjury! He is reported to have texted a Yale classmate about Ramirez before the initial media report broke. But then at the hearing he said he'd never heard of Ramirez until the New Yorker story. Said that under oath!

Unless the texts don't hold up, this should sink Judge Kavanaugh..

The Orange Boil on America's ass went down to Mississippi tonite and he erupted all over the stage. His newest routine includes mocking sexual assault victims like Dr. Blasey-Ford.

Requiem for the Supreme Court
Through the 20th century, the court stood as an independent arbiter of the rule of law. It is a unifying, national institution no longer.

This played out with the 'pubs throwing buckets of testosterone onto the hearing room proceeding in a hail-Mary to wrest the narrative from the me-too message to victimization male outrage.
It seems to have worked to win the appointment and reenergize the mainly white male base.
The response has to be get out the vote, protest is no longer a viable strategy.
