Adequately answering your question would take paragraphs and sharing actual experiences. I've clearly stated before that growing up white in America presented me, and anyone else for that matter, with a racist perspective that continues to be impact my perspective. To varying degrees anyone growing up in America is in the same boat.

In this we completely agree. I just say that this means we have work to do, to take further strides in countering this legacy, and redress the disparate impact.
