For those unfamiliar with California, this is in Orange County, ground zero of conservative Repubeville here. They also have most of the huge Central Valley (Devin Nunes' turf), and San Diego. Much of the rest of the state is sensible, so the Repubes have next to zero power in state politics.

Watching for the infection and death rates to spike in Orange County over the next couple of weeks. Maybe they'll learn, but Trumpkins don't appear to have the ability to learn anything.

I must admit, having partisan organizations involved in the collection and delivery of masses of ballots does create opportunities for fraud. With custody of many ballots, things can be done--the simplist being just to lose those from areas that tend not to vote right.
