The worst of it is that it would complete the Citizens United deal and kill any chance for a political party of the regular citizens of this country in the future.

Carl
There was a chance for that?

Scalia should retire and take Thomas and Alito with him.

Now they want us to believe that the corrupting influence of super PACs helps make the case for striking down still more limits.
The whole articles leaves one with the impression that the Supremes are ready to enable the next step in the triumph of plutotocracy.

We know that Scalia and Thomas are in the Koch Bros pocket. Kennedy Alito and Roberts are probably beholden to some other large $$$ organization. When you are corrupt then it becomes impossible to see corruption.

Funny, the SCOTUS is actually probably the most evenly divided branch of Government we have at the moment. Even after upholding the ACA you still feel it is too conservative. Unless Republican's take the white house and the Senate in the next decade, I would imagine Kennedy and Scalia will be the next to go, and will likely be replaced with more liberal justices. Just be patient, you will probably get what you want.

Rob is correct, and the Koch Bros. own Scalia and Thomas for certain. Google their names together and read all the angles. Here:
koch bros, scalia, thomas
