FWIW, our oldest son lives and works in Israel managing the country's construction program that is financed by the USA under the Foreign Military Sales program. He's the Resident Engineer for the northern half of the country. His work has been very complicated lately due to coronavirus and conflicting guidance/priorities of the Israeli Ministries of Defense and Health, State, DoD and his agency headquarters in Wiesbaden, Germany. Fun times in the land of milk and honey.
