My take on this flag thing: They celebrate the Battle Flag under which their misled ancestors, most of whom were fooled/coerced/forced into fighting, killed their fellow Americans.

I don't work for any of the above mentioned companies.

I doubt they will fly the Confederate flag.

The wages they will pay are an improvement over the current prevailing wage, and will lift the standard of living for many. Living expenses are also lower in this region than the Northeast or West.
