This happened two years ago and it took ACLU all this time to get it released.

This is how policing is done people. This IS the norm not the exception.

C'mon, he broke his jaw on the pavement on purpose. Just like that guy in Baltimore killed himself in protest for having his windpipe crushed. (sarcasm alert)
