Just reading about climate change in National Geographic

from 30 years ago. There is a great article about the impact of the impending climate change and how the food supply and coastal cities will be affected by global cooling.

The earth will fix itself.. If that's what you want to call it.. We just might not be around for it... like we weren't the last time... there has been less ice, and there has been more ice.. if anything, all we're doing is speeding up this cycle...

I am not worried, the way I see it is at 400 feet above sea level we are sitting on some darn fine waterfront property.

Climate change

It's tough predicting the future.

But that's not gonna stop me. I predict that is they enact Cap & Trade here in the States (to prevent climate change) that:

A: the price of energy is going way up

B: the average bum's standard of living is going way down

C: the only people who will benefit will be the brokers of the new Cap and Trade currency

It's the latest tool of the socialists, IMHO

Noonereal

I've typed a response twice, and lost it twice because the forum's software refused me permission to post, and made me sign on again.

Anyway, I've developed a real case of the ass, so I'm going to go do something important like cook some cornbread.

As to your query. I should have said globalists. Not that I can tell much difference.

Good day,
Chas

Follow the Money.

Much of what I've read about climate change says if it's happening it's part of a predictable cycle; no more to do with our activities than sunrise or sunset. But when you look at 'carbon tax' and other ways used by various governments to screw more £ or $ from us, what are the chances of their ever admitting they've got it wrong?

I am going to side with those who feel we are fucking up this world. Too much shit being released by big business and people. Oh sure they have cleaned up some of our lakes and have lots of regulations in place but its not enough.
