Like I said before, once the evidence is in, let the President make his case for military action before congress. Now that the evidence is here, I support the CINCs decision with that qualifier. I don't believe that in this case he has the power to sidestep the War Powers Act. The Senate commitee has approved their version and will vote next week. My sweaty crystal ball say they will approve it, bipartisanly (sic). The (fun) House will also approve, somehow, I think, maybe.
That added side benefit here is that the Teabagger caucus has to shit or get off the pot. Already, Rubio has killed any chance of a credible run for the White House in '16. Paul buried himself further, (if that's even possible).
