Didn't say that, did I? More failure to comprehend on your part. You really need to go back and read the article you posted again. The key take-away is this sentence:

"Unfortunately, it's a zero-sum game now between China and the rest of the world, and what we need to do as a country is to work with the rest of the world" to ensure prosperity and high stock markets, he said.

And this one is just as relevant:

"We have to defend ourselves," Navarro said, citing alleged Chinese theft of U.S. intellectual property on technology. "They're attacking our crown jewels. They make no bones about it."

So the phrase "zero sum game" is being applied to China's trade practices / policies, not ours.

You ever been on a business trip to China? If not, talk to anyone who has it would be potentially an eye-opening experience for you. You have to take anything with information on it - devices, laptops, files, etc. - with you. If you leave it in the hotel room, you'll come back to find that someone has been through it, scanned the content of the files or devices, and likely copied anything of perceived value. A member of our delegation thought she could leave her laptop hidden in her hotel room because she got tired of hauling it around. Sure enough, when she got back, her laptop had been found, turned on and likely searched. And someone likely knew she left it behind because our delegation was watched / escorted at all times. There is almost no concept of intellectual property in China.

The exact same thing happens routinely in the USSR/Russia and yes, I've been there and have seen it first-hand. That has no bearing on the idiocy of zero-sum game trade policy.

We'll have to wait and see what happens in the next round of budget talks. The BAT failed to get support in the last session, so we'll have to see if it's reworked / revisited in the next session.

Seriously? Donny promised, on multiple occasions, on tape, that Mexico would pay for The Wall. You’re a Trumpkin. Do you still believe this lie?

I think our boy Whell has actually convinced himself that Donny doesn’t lie, to hell with every evidence to the contrary. He could take Ugly Sarah’s job when she finally burns out.

Your misogynistic observations aside, please point me to a politician that doesn't lie.

As I’ve explained b4, you’re the resident face of all idiot Trumpkins. Don’t flatter yourself, Trumpkin proxy.

You really can’t be serious. No real President has ever lied like Donny. He lies, what is it now, five times a day? Obama might have lied five times in his life!
