Trump is liable for battery and defamation

Yep...no arguing the judge's ruling in January...the only thing his shyster lawyers can do is try to minimize the amount of the judgement. One would think that if one has already been found to have committed defamation on somebody, that a second defamation will have an even bigger penalty.

However, that assumes that what we have is a "justice" system. The only real justice typically dealt out in this "legal" system is incidental...it's a competitive system (like any competition), that generates winners and losers, wealth for the most successful winners, and in the case of the law, very little justice.
