Since when is it legitimate to categorize lawful executions as murders or murders committed in prison, suicides and deaths by "medical malpractice" as murders by the state?

And your total number represrents 144 deaths per year. Any American state would feel they were doing great if their annual death toll were that low.

Yet you don't see anyone getting on a raft to escape TO Cuba.

By the way, I think you get that his stats are a tally of political murder, not the murder rate overall.

Who said things were better in Cuba than they are here?

If that's what the author trying to put out there, then they should say so.

I was responding to your comment, that's why it shows as a reply, to your comment. You implied that Americans would love to have a murder rate like Cuba's.
All to deflect from my points regarding 1980/Carter/Clinton, of course.

My comment about the murder rate wasn't even directed to you or your "points". It was directed toward juliovideo. Clean the muktuk out of your ears and pay attention.

As for Carter, Clinton and the Mariel boat people, what does Castro's dumping a bunch of prisoners and petty criminals on us nearly 40 years ago have to do with the state of the Cuban economy then or now?

I get that your comment was directed at Julio. That's why it shows as a reply to him.
I never said the crap Castro pulled with the boat people had fuck-all to do with their economy. I said it was a reason I was glad the shithead was dead.

I'll be glad when you're dead. Have your next of kin post a notice here when it happens. I'm not much of a drinking man, but I'll go out and buy a bottle of Jack to celebrate that.
