Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), the top Republican on the House Oversight and Reform Committee, on Thursday criticized news that President Trump’s former personal attorney Michael Cohen is set to publicly testify before the panel next month...
"Chairman Cummings promised to pursue rigorous, responsible, fact-based oversight," Jordan said in a statement. "However, the Chairman's announcement today suggests he will be using the committee as a venue for political theater rather than legitimate oversight."

Rep. Jim Jordan, R. of Ohio, is definitely--I will say it--a Jive Turkey!

The FBI can’t neutralize a security threat if the president is the threat
Mueller — and Congress — could pick up where counterintelligence hits its limits

As a former FBI agent who conducted investigations against foreign intelligence services, I know that the bureau would have had to possess strong evidence that Trump posed a national security threat to meet the threshold for opening such an investigation. But the more important question now is not how or why the case was opened, but whether it was ever closed.

It’s Already Collusion
We don’t need news reports to tell us that Trump is giving Putin what he wants. Take it from this longtime Russia hand: It’s staring us in the face.

Where are all the resident Trumpkin idiots now? Crickets...

Clintonista Talbot is angry...the IMF was suppose to take over Russia and then the regular crew would come in and get the jewels for peanuts.
But lo and behold it did not work that way...the IMF was paid off and sent packing and there is no debt treadmill.
Most enfuriating. Such a huge country.

Adam Schiff @RepAdamSchiff
Last year, we sought to obtain the interpreter’s notes or testimony, from the private meeting between Trump and Putin. The Republicans on our committee voted us down. Will they join us now? Shouldn’t we find out whether our president is really putting “America first?”

Greg Miller @gregpmiller
NEW: After closed door mtg with Putin, Trump took his interpreter's notes, told linguist not to reveal what had transpired to other administration officials. Pattern of concealing communications with Putin.
