A write-in Republican for president and the chairman of American Independent Party of California are among the plaintiffs who allege that Obama is not a natural-born citizen and so does not qualify to be president of the United States, according to a Los Angeles Times report. And even if Obama was born in this country, he might not qualify as a natural-born citizen because his father was born in Kenya.

That later interpretation of “natural-born citizen” – contrary to the commonly accepted interpretation that it includes most everybody born on U.S. soil – would also apply to Romney, whose father was born in a Mormon colony in Mexico.

I'm not so sure that Obama is TECHNICALLY qualified to be POTUS on this issue.

And he's not the first one, from what I've read.

But that's water under the bridge, as he is POTUS. It's a non issue. And an old one.

Being realistic, or at least thinking so, rounds expended down range at Obama's birth certificate are being wasted on a vacated position.

Obama now has a record. The smart thing to do now is to fire on his current position. He's across the Rhine, it's a little to late to blow the bridge.
