Yep, the VA cannot hire needed medical professionals until new hires get vetted by a new process that ensures the 2000 new doctors, nurses, and adpacs are the proper doctors, nurses, and adpacs. What bullshit.....

I understand that 30% of the federal workforce are veterans. So Trump just screwed those folks over.
