When my Florence was teaching English in Japan to young rising would-be execs one of her students was a grandson of Yamamoto. She told me that one day he said - "We may have lost the shooting war but we will bury you economically..". They damn near did with the help of all those folks who bought their cars.

That's why I bought them. It had nothing to do with the fact that they were cheaper and better than anything we were building.

It might matter to the US as the Trident submarine pens are in Scotland. I am not at all certain about how the Scots regard us.

Yes I like the pipes, Scotland, and the Scots. But if the majority says they want to stay in the eu and leave England let them. But dont come back for a handout ever year from England.
