This is a little like the OJ trial where, though acquitted of murder. Simpson was convicted in violating the civil rights of his two victims. The conduct of the criminal trial wasn't taken into consideration. I suppose we'll all learn when the DOJ's findings are made public.

You may be right, John. However, some of the nation's best criminal investigators listened to all of the same witnesses (and 140 more witnesses (200 vs. 60)) and came to the same conclusion as the grand jury over months of work.
