And, I heard, run by mother hen command structure.
The barracks were luxurious at Biggs, compared to Bliss back then. We had open bays ala Jack Web, "The D.I.".

That's right, my mistake. Pops did a tour with the 10th AD, 3rd Army under the lunatic from Pasadena, Ca. 'George Patton'. Ardennes, Rhineland.
