Welcome to AK!
I much rather reform the way campaigns are funded. Also the election process hold accountable the candidates to release financial information. Stop the opinion based and untruths in campaigns. Cleanup the dark money make it transparent. Stopping the enrichment of our officials thru favors given or received once in them out of office. Get back to working for the people.
If someone is doing a good job let them stay as long as voted in.

Disagree. Why get rid of the old when you've spent decades training them?

What's with the lack of capitalization and punctuation marks? Are you trying to be this board's ee cummings?

Like it or not, it makes you look stupid as well disrespectful of those with whom you're attempting to communicate. That said, you do you, but don't respect much engagement.
