I definitely should have done that! Thanks for the offer. It took me 9 hours to drive up on the 21st and 4.5 hours on the way back last night. Unfortunately, my Christmas vacation ended with three consecutive days in a dental chair.

Speaking of Charlie Brown, I listened to Vince Guaraldi on my trip.

What in the hell were you driving? Tell me someone gave you a Shelby Cobra for Christmas? Averaging 100+ all the way home? Inquiring minds want to know, BH.

Sadly, I only went to Fresno and not my favorite lefty city, San Francisco. My moving average was only ~79mph according to my gps. The quickest I've made the return leg was in a 1994 Lexus LS400 in 4 hours for an average speed of 85mph. BTW, the longest was around 10 hours, thus, I was close to that on my leg up on this trip.
